The history of ILIEV SOLUTIONS began long before the brand was officially registered.
I grew up in a family where special equipment was not just a job, but a way of life.
For decades, my family was involved in renting heavy equipment for the largest construction sites.
From childhood, I saw how important the reliability of each component was and how expensive an hour of downtime due to an incorrectly selected part could be.
Education and expertise
Realizing that a passion for technology requires in-depth knowledge, I chose to become an engineer.
My education began in Germany, the world center of mechanical engineering, where I adopted the German approach to precision and quality.
Later, I graduated with honors from the Polytechnic University, receiving a “red diploma” in mechanical engineering.
This knowledge became the foundation that allows us to speak the same language as technology manufacturers today.
Over the course of 17 years, he has risen from a young crane operator to a leading mechanical engineer who understands the logic behind every electronic circuit board and every hydraulic unit.
In our partnership, Stepan takes on the most responsible part: auditing and selecting equipment. His expert eye sees hidden defects where others only notice fresh paint. Thanks to his knowledge, the iliev.solutions project offers customers not just equipment, but proven engineering solutions and flawless selection of components.

Theory has always gone hand in hand with practice.
One of the key milestones was the creation of ANY PILE BUILDING in Romania from scratch.
Specializing in the manufacture of bored piles, I went through the entire process: from selecting the most complex drilling rigs to setting up spare parts logistics under tight deadlines.
This business is still operating successfully today and is living proof of our competence.
