Delivery of tower cranes

Delivery of a tower crane starts with dismantling at the shipping location. ILIEV Solutions coordinates disassembly taking into account the transport scheme: determines the order of section dismantling, component marking and packaging of small elements.

Each tower and jib section is loaded onto the appropriate vehicle and secured according to the manufacturer's scheme - this excludes deformation of metal structures on the road.

After delivery to the site, ILIEV Solutions coordinates the unloading and transfer of the kit to the client's installation team or organizes installation as part of an extended service package.

Liebherr tower sections 6-12 m long and weighing up to 15 tons each are classified as oversized cargo on the roads of Ukraine, Poland and Germany.

For each country on the route, a separate permit is issued with route approval, driving time restrictions and escort requirements.

On the Germany - Poland - Ukraine route, these are three different regulations, and seasonal weight restrictions on Ukrainian roads in spring additionally affect planning.

ILIEV Solutions issues a full package of permits, plans the route taking into account weight and height restrictions, and controls the convoy movement from the shipping point to the site.

Importing a tower crane to Ukraine requires correct classification by the UKTZED code and a full set of documents: technical passport with serial number, invoice and specification for each transport unit, certificate of conformity, CMR.

An error in declaration or an incomplete set of documents - means a delay at the border, which directly stops the construction schedule.

ILIEV Solutions prepares the customs package, accompanies the declaration and controls cargo release.
