The BG series rigs (BG 18, BG 28, BG 36) cover a torque range from 180 to 360 kNm, which allows drilling in dense loams, water-saturated sands, and rocky inclusions without changing the base machine.The Kelly-bar design provides a depth of up to 90 m when working with a drilling auger or grab.

Liebherr and XCMG drilling systems

The Liebherr LB series (LB 16, LB 25, LB 44) are distinguished by the durability of their drive components and a flexible working equipment system - one base carrier requires an auger, tubular Kelly, or double rotary drive.

For projects with requirements for machine cost, the XCMG XR series (XR 150E, XR 280E) demonstrates a competitive service life with lower operating costs.

We will select both brands either brand new or in the used equipment segment with a run of 1,200 engine hours or more - after a technical check and preparation of documents for customs clearance.

Tecniwell: equipment for injection work

Tecniwell (Italy) specializes in equipment for Jet Grouting and micropile work - segments where standard drilling machines do not meet the technology requirements.

The TW-100 and TW-200 series rigs are designed to work with injection pressures up to 400 bar and provide precise control of jet grouting parameters.

This is critical for strengthening the foundations of existing buildings and working in dense urban areas.

Deliveries of Tecniwell from Italy take 4-8 weeks depending on the machine configuration and availability in the factory warehouse.

The choice between a new and a used rig depends on the duration of the project, the capitalization budget, and the availability of a service base.

A new Bauer BG 36 - means a full engine life, factory documentation, and up-to-date control system software.

A used Liebherr LB 25 rig with 2,500 engine hours after major service in an authorized center - is a real alternative at half the capital cost.
